Sue Freedman, Ph.D., PMP is the president of Know- ledge Work Global, a consulting firm specializing in the design and manage- ment of technology- based organizations, and an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Dallas.
As an internal and external con- sultant, as well as a VP of Human Resources, she has worked with executives and other organization leaders to implement major organizational change.  Sue specializes in leadership in project based organization and is co-author of the book  Beyond Teams: Building the Collaboration Organization, published by Jossey-Bass.

Lothar Katz, PMP
is the president of Leadership Crossroads, an international and cross-cultural manage- ment consultancy.  During his corporate career as a Vice President and General Manager with Texas Instruments, he managed large distributed product development organizations across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia.  Originally from Germany, Lothar has worked with employees, customers, outsourcing vendors, and other partners in more than 25 countries around the world, living in the United States and in Europe.  His book  Negotiating International Business: The Negotiator's Reference Guide to
