Sue Freedman, Ph.D., PMP, is the president of Knowledge Work Global, a consulting firm specializing in the design and management of technology-based organizations, and an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Dallas.
As an internal and external consultant, as well as a VP of Human Resources, she has worked with executives and other organization leaders to implement major organizational change.  Sue specializes in leadership in project based organization and is co-author of the book  Beyond Teams: Building the Collaboration Organization, published by Jossey-Bass.

Lothar Katz  is the president of Leadership Crossroads, an inter-national and cross-cultural management consultancy.  During his corporate career as a Vice President and General Manager with Texas Instruments, he managed large distributed product development organizations across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia.  Originally from Germany, Lothar has worked with employees, customers, outsourcing vendors, and other partners in more than 25 countries around the world, living in the United States and in Europe.  His book  Negotiating International Business: The Negotiator's Reference Guide to 50 Countries Around the World  was published in its 2nd edition by BookSurge in 2007.
