Both online classes employ a complex international project case study spanning three cultures in different parts of the world.

Participants first learn concepts and best practices through recorded video/slide presentations, as well as readings.  They work individually and in teams to apply their newly acquired knowledge in practice exercises, live student presentations and live case study simulations.  Feedback from instructors and fellow classmates is received through online discussions, chat, and email.  Each class includes online surveys, tests, suggested readings and other learning materials, as well as recommended reference materials, checklists for specific project phases and events, and more.
