Initiating International Projects

Experienced project managers know that initiating a project the right way is critical to its success.  This highly interactive workshop discusses the many factors that are vitally important when starting international projects.  It includes case study practice that takes you through each phase of the initiation phase.  We believe it will save you and your company a great deal of time, money, and frustration with your international projects.
