Building a Collaborative International Culture
Consistent performance in international project collaboration results from organizational cultures attuned to the global
environment. Our workshop discusses the components of organizational culture that foster ownership, cooperation, and personal
accountability among a dispersed and ethnically diverse workforce. We review the values and best practices critical to program
and project success and discuss strategies for fostering those values in international endeavors.
The interactive workshop format includes lecture, case examples from several cultures, many exercises, and facilitated Q&A.
