Leveraging Cultural Differences in Innovation
and Risk Management

While the highly entrepreneurial culture of the United States encourages taking and tolerating risks, people in many other countries are often more risk-averse.  In international projects, this diversity fosters product quality and supports continuous improvement initiatives.  Managed poorly, it lengthens cycle times and stifles creativity.  Our workshop discusses cultural differences and how to best leverage them, presents effective risk management techniques, and provides participants with the necessary tools to reach a successful balance between innovation, execution speed, and product quality.

The interactive workshop format includes lecture, case examples from several cultures, many exercises, and facilitated Q&A.
